Xyjiao® Lep-501A

This milky-white, nonionic aqueous dispersion is based on bisphenol A epoxy resin and has low odor and good mechanical stability. Curing with a compatible curing agent produces a dense, highly crosslinked structure. The cured material has good mechanical strength, water resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, and adhesion to various metal substrates.

In high-performance adhesive formulations, it offers adhesion and resistance to media after curing.

Directions for Use

Use with a compatible curing agent; the mixed system dries quickly.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 50 kg/200 kg drums. Store in a cool, ventilated place away from ignition sources and heat, at 10–35°C. Avoid prolonged storage below 0°C and reseal after opening if any product remains. Shelf life is 1 year.
