Damping Emulsion for Baking Coatings
XY-E123 is a pure acrylic emulsion for automotive water-based damping coatings cured by baking, with water resistance and adhesion.
Description
XY-E123 is a white, anionic emulsion made by emulsion polymerization using methyl methacrylate as the main hard monomer and butyl acrylate as the main soft monomer. It is suited to damping coating formulations that undergo high-temperature baking.
It is used to prepare automotive water-based damping coatings combining damping performance, water resistance and adhesion.
Packaging and Storage
Available in 125 kg/drum. Store away from light in a cool, dry place at 5–30°C with packaging intact. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
