Xytu® WL240

WL240 is a low-molecular-weight wetting agent for water-based coatings. It improves wetting on a range of substrates and helps prevent cratering without impairing intercoat adhesion. It can also provide finer atomization in spray applications.

Directions for Use

Use directly or add after dilution. Stir thoroughly during addition for uniform dispersion. The general addition level is 0.1%–2.0% of the total coating formulation. Determine the specific dosage and method through formulation trials.

Packaging and Storage

Net weight: 25 kg. Store tightly closed at ambient temperature in a dry, cool, ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight. Storage life is at least 24 months from production in unopened original containers at +4 to +40°C.
