Xytu® BT101

Use BT101 to impregnate mineral substrates such as brick, natural stone and mineral plaster. It is solvent-free, does not affect water vapor permeability, provides high early water resistance and helps prevent efflorescence from soluble salts.

Directions for Use

Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, dilute BT101 with water at a ratio of 1:4 to 1:9. Apply the dilution evenly and liberally by brush, roller or immersion. Wet-on-wet application can help avoid missed areas.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 60 kg and 120 kg plastic drums. Custom packaging is available. Store indoors in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Do not store below 0 °C or above 40 °C. If frost or heat damage is suspected, check the product before processing. Stir well before use.

Shelf life is one year when properly stored and unopened. After expiry, use only if testing confirms that the product still meets the technical specifications.
