Xytu® XY-503

This grayish-white powder uses an organic–inorganic hybrid system and provides pronounced thixotropy with good performance across different temperature conditions. A three-dimensional network and electrical double-layer repulsion help keep particles suspended in aqueous dispersions, supporting coatings prone to settling and phase separation.

Directions for Use

It is suitable for addition during the initial dispersion stage as an anti-settling agent in waterborne coatings. The recommended dosage is 0.1%–0.5% by material weight. Determine the specific dosage through formulation trials.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging size is 25 kg. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 12 months from production.
