Xytu® LC-400G

LC-400G has a core-shell structure and is polymerized from styrene, acrylate and low-ammonia raw materials. It has low odor and good cement compatibility, combining strength and low-temperature flexibility with resistance to water, acids and alkalis.

It can be used in cementitious and non-cementitious waterproofing coatings, as well as waterproofing mortars, putties and bonding-agent formulations.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 50 kg drums, 200 kg drums and 1 t drums. Transport and store at 5–35°C in a dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is half a year from packaging; product may be used after expiry if testing confirms compliance.
