Xinyijiao® GL 8100 Heat Transfer Adhesive is suitable for heat transfer onto glass substrates.

Application Process
- After coating, bake at 75–90 °C for 20–25 s. Whether the film can be wound is determined by the degree of surface drying.
- Heat-transfer temperature: 160–190 °C; pressure: 3–8 kg/cm²; time: 0.3–3 s. At higher temperatures and pressures, the transfer time can be shortened; these three parameters work in combination.
- During coating, if the viscosity of GL 8100 is high, an appropriate amount of thinner may be added.
Storage
Store at 0–30 °C. Shelf life: 6 months.
