Multifunctional Organic Amine Additive
AP95 is an organic amine additive for pH management in coating formulations, with dispersing and viscosity-stabilizing functions.
Description
This colorless to pale-yellow transparent liquid is based on an organic amine. It offers low odor and yellowing resistance, improves thickener performance and stabilizes system viscosity. It also improves coating flow and dispersion and can help reduce dispersant demand.
In coating formulations, it supports pH management and tinting, improving color development and helping reduce pigment reflocculation after paint preparation.
Directions for Use
It is generally added early in production, with any later addition assessed according to system pH. The recommended dosage is 0.05%–0.2% of the total formulation, with a slightly higher dosage in acidic systems.
Packaging and Storage
Available in 30 kg/200 kg/1000 kg plastic drums. Store in the unopened original container at +5°C to +40°C. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
