Description
Developed for difficult-to-bond substrates such as PP and PET, this heat transfer adhesive has relatively low viscosity and good application properties. The coated film dries quickly and can be wound promptly without tack-back, supporting the transition from adhesive coating to winding.
It is mainly used to transfer ink layers containing images, patterns and logos onto PP and PET substrates, and can also be used on standard ABS. It provides good adhesion between the ink layer and the substrate after transfer.
Directions for Use
The specified transfer temperature is 165–180°C, and the transfer pressure is 0.4–0.6 MPa. Both are heat transfer process conditions.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging sizes are 5 kg / 25 kg. Store at 0–30°C; shelf life is 6 months.
