Xytu® DA32EC

DA32EC is an aqueous dispersion used with DA32 to provide a synergistic matting effect together with good feel and water resistance. It serves as a companion matting additive in aqueous dispersion systems and is not used on its own.

Directions for Use

Generally add at the end of blending while stirring. The source recommends 2-4% but does not state the calculation basis or the DA32EC-to-DA32 ratio. Confirm both before use. Slight separation may occur after prolonged storage; shake before use to restore uniformity. Test compatibility before mixing with other materials.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 50 kg or 120 kg drums. Store tightly closed in a cool place and protect from freezing. Shelf life is 6 months at room temperature in the original packaging.

Test Conditions and Selection

The source abbreviates the ionic character as non-ionic. It does not provide a quantified gloss target, test method, compatible-substrate list or blending ratio with DA32. Confirm the required application and test conditions with technical support.
