Xyjiao® L6

L6 features low residual monomer content, low total volatile organic compounds and low odor. Its film is soft, with strong wet tack and good heat resistance. It bonds porous, loosely structured materials and dense surfaces and can be used in paper-packaging adhesive formulations. It can laminate PVC, PET or BOPP films to coated or uncoated paper and provides good adhesion to a range of plastic surfaces, UV coatings and ink-coated surfaces.

Directions for Use

Solvents and plasticizers cause a pronounced thickening response, so consider viscosity changes when incorporating these components into the formulation.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging size: 50 kg. Store at 5–30°C. Shelf life is 9 months.
