Xytu® DA-60

This milky-white, viscous liquid is an anionic acrylic polymer compatible with various emulsions. It is suitable for waterborne coatings, particularly matte clear topcoats for architectural coatings, combining matting with good film feel and water resistance while helping reduce thickener and defoamer demand.

Directions for Use

For early-stage addition, add while stirring, then disperse at high speed for 5 minutes. For late-stage addition, first dilute at a product-to-water ratio of 1:20 and add while stirring. The recommended dosage is 0.1%–0.5% of formulation mass, measured as supplied, and should be established in preliminary tests according to target gloss.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 130 kg plastic drums. Store at room temperature; shelf life is 12 months. Stir before use if slight separation occurs during prolonged storage.
